HI, I’M KASSIE
My own health and fitness journey began when I started working out after having been underweight from middle school up until graduating college in 2019.
Today I’m now 35+ lbs heavier, healthier, and stronger! I did NOT restrict myself of my favorite foods, miss out on events with friends/family or do random TikTok workouts every week. Instead, I achieved my goals by implementing a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition.

Empowering women to become the best versions of themselves, with sustainable and customized approaches to food, fitness, and reaching their goals without feeling restricted!
